Refund Policies
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision...please read all descriptions carefully. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Lynette Anderson Designs in the original condition, suitable for re-sale, with all the original packaging intact and within 21 days of purchase. Shipping
We select the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you, as it is the cheapest way we do not have tracking numbers for your parcels. We ship all orders in good faith and do not take any responsibility for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.
If you can not see your country on our shipping list please email us and we will arrange shipping to your country.
